Obama: He’ll be too emotional to speak at Malia’s graduation
When your dad is the president of the country and your high school graduation is coming up, it nearly seems like a no-brainer to have him serve as commencement speaker at the graduation ceremony.

During lunch with local residents at the Jolly Pumpkin in Detroit, Obama said he couldn’t give the address because he expected he would be too emotional.
“I’m going to be wearing dark glasses … and I’m going to cry”, ABC reports.
It’s unclear what she will study once she goes to college, but the teen has interned on the set of HBO’s Girls and Halle Berry’s drama Extant, both of which highlight her interest in TV and film. I love it whenever President Obama gets all “emotions” over his daughters. “Just because it’s not some name-brand, famous, fancy school doesn’t mean that you’re not going to get a great education there”.
“[But that’s] assuming that Malia will listen to my advice”, he added.
Before Malia heads off to college in the fall, the president has some advice for his daughter.

A series of college visits to institutions including her father’s alma mater Columbia University and her mother’s, Princeton, have prompted speculation about where the First Daughter will attend.
