(Can you imagine dealing with Secret Service at the same time as boy drama and SAT prep?) The Washington Post reports that Malia graduated high school Friday.

Only 10 years old when he entered office, Malia’s graduation from the private Sidwell Friends school in Washington marks a milestone for the first family, who sought to instill a sense of normalcy for their two girls as they grew up in decidedly abnormal circumstances.

Malia Obama is all grown up!

Last week, Obama made a speech and told the audience, “My daughter leaving me is just breaking my heart. And I’m going to cry”, Obama said.

“Malia’s school asked if I wanted to speak at commencement, and I said, ‘No.’ I’m going to be wearing dark glasses”. She’s taking a year off before enrolling at Harvard in the fall of 2017. According to TODAY, she is the youngest child to reside in the White House since John F. Kennedy, Jr. arrived as an infant in 1961.

There have been no officially authorized photos from Malia’s big day yet, but here’s a zoomed-out shot of the entire Sidwell Friends graduating class. “She’s ready to make her own way”. Malia has had summer internships on the NY set of HBO’s “Girls” and in Los Angeles on a CBS sci-fi drama, since canceled, that starred Halle Berry.

Three months into White House life, Malia got the long-awaited puppy: Bo, a Portuguese water dog that was less likely than other breeds to aggravate her allergies. “You want her to come to Vietnam, I shouldn’t be the one to tell her”.
