Obama pledges to send humans to Mars by the 2030s

President Barack Obama showed his support and advocacy for NASA’s program in sending humans to Mars by 2030.

U.S. President Barack (C) Obama waves after speaking at the Operations and Checkout Building at NASA Kennedy Space Center April 15, 2010 in Cape Canaveral, Floridia. The program “requires continuous cooperation between the government and private innovators, and we are already on the right track”. He said the ultimate goal is for humans eventually to stay on the red planet “for an extended time”.

The US space agency asked companies for input and “the private sector responded enthusiastically, and those responses indicated a strong desire by US companies to attach a commercial module to the ISS that could meet the needs of NASA as well as those of private entrepreneurs”, said Bolden. NASA relies on SpaceX and aerospace firm Orbital ATK to deliver supplies and cargo to the space station. And if your heart is set on being an astronaut – there will be plenty more flights in the years to come.

“The main focus of this event”, he said, “is to inspire young minds”.

Today, the president said it again. However, in an interview with The Next Web, Axelspace founder and CEO Yuya Nakamura said that the company has deliberately made a choice to use much lower resolution cameras than that available, to ensure that people cannot be identified. There was neither the time nor the money available to pursue both paths simultaneously so they chose the latter, which became the “rideable” Apollo capsule design.

Smaller space start-ups that don’t usually work with the government could benefit most from Obama’s goal, said Eric Stallmer, president of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation trade group.

“I don’t think this radiation exposure is by any means a deal-breaker”, Limoli said. “You don’t know who the next SpaceX could be, or the next Blue Origin“, referring to the space tourism company started by Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos.

The NASA Twins Study – which is looking at the changes in former astronaut Scott Kelly’s body after his year in space and comparing them to his brother and fellow former astronaut, Mark Kelly – also includes a battery of cognitive tests in order to study the extent of what’s called “space brain”.

The two-term president’s recommitment comes in the final months of his tenure and faces an uncertain future after he leaves office in January. “I kept the same wonder for our space program that I designed with my look of ‘child”.

“There is some desire to do the actual exploration”, he said.

Thanks to the internet and many superior software and APIs, we have data banks of every possible thing, some of which we aren’t even aware of. Musk and SpaceX still hope to create a city on Mars within the next 40-100 years that could house up to one million people.

Researchers say traveling to Mars could cause astronauts to experience “space brain”.

SpaceX is not the only company pushing a Mars agenda forward.

I have the feeling that Elon Musk is very serious about his dream, he has the intelligence, enthusiasm and necessary assets to get the first humans on Mars.

“This isn’t science fiction”, he said. Bloomberg reported that Boeing Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenberg intends to be the creator of the rocket that will first land on the red planet.

Martine Grainey, an avid UFO seeker, was the first to spot the “walled city” on Mars and posted images on Facebook, Headlines and Global News reports.

Scientists are trying to learn ways to protect Mars-bound astronauts from developing dementia caused by their being bombarded by galactic cosmic rays. But just trying to reach Mars will take six to nine months.

Some Congress members, mostly Republicans, have criticized the president for not allocating a sufficient budget to the critical components of this mission, while dismissing NASA’s decision to use an asteroid as a stepping stone to Mars instead of the Moon. That’s Jupiter down there.
