“Theresa’s right to reduce people’s expectations about how quickly we can get a grip of this”.

Ms May has dismissed the idea of a second referendum, a demand that has gathered more than 4 million online signatures in a petition to be debated in Parliament on Monday.
Mrs May’s talks with president Obama follow the United States leader’s warning that the United Kingdom would be at “the back of the queue” for a trade deal if it voted to leave the EU. “The UK will be leaving the European Union”.
She will also have a meeting with her Indian counterpart Narendra Modi, with the trading relationship expected to dominate the agenda.
Downing Street said New Zealand and Canada are among other countries to have also offered the British government expertise, adding that it reflected support from countries around the world to make a success of Brexit.
