Obama says evidence dictates FBI’s review of Clinton e-mails
When confronted about the investigation earlier this week, Clinton laughed off the prospect that she would be put in handcuffs when it concludes.

The hallmark of this Regime is that they do exactly the things that you can’t believe presidents would do because previous presidents haven’t done it. No question in my mind.
Anyway, I just had to comment on that because I just remembered seeing the latest roundtable discussion on this, and I think it’s asked and answered, would Obama intercede, fill in the blank, answer is “yes”. And as best I can tell no one is saying she intentionally put out this material. However, President Obama flat out dismissed the notion. We don’t get an impression that here there was purposely efforts- on- in- to hide something or to squirrel away information.
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton campaigns in the NY borough of Brooklyn, where her campaign is based.
But the reason the email affair of the Democrats’ presidential front-runner is so important is that it has already been proved that she handled classified information, after categorically denying doing so, through the private server she set up at her home in NY state. But I recognize there’s pressure on the other side. But if you’re a Republican pundit, you know that the idea of Hillary Clinton being led away in handcuffs is just too tantalizing for your audience to resist. And who at the Justice Department investigated Lois Lerner? “And he just did it again!” he said.
During a Fox News interview on Sunday, April 10, President Obama said he guarantees that evidence, not politics, will dictate the outcome of the FBI’s investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s handling of emails.
Obama said Clinton has acknowledged a “carelessness” in managing emails, but maintains that she didn’t jeopardize national security.
On Monday, MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” host blasted the president for interfering with the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information.
“Guaranteed. Full stop. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department”. “Nobody is above the law”. We won’t know until Justice makes its big announcement. “How long has the State Department been aware of this email?” the senator asked. Clintons decision to use a privately owned and managed system for all her email, personal and private, hangs over her candidacy.
You know, I watch these roundtable discussions on the cable news channels. “And I stand by that”.
Earnest’s comments come a day after Obama appeared to dismiss concerns about Clinton’s controversial email setup, which is the target of probes from the FBI and a pair of federal inspectors general.
“I don’t think anything inappropriate was done”, she said.

“And I would say this – there isn’t a president who’s taken more terrorists off the field than me, over the last seven-and-a-half years”.
