President Obama is now on vacation with his family in Hawaii, where he’s been indulging in his favorite pastime – golf.
The crowd of onlookers went wild as Obama pointed to them and the pool media to confirm that they had captured the shot on video. The leader of the free world hits us with the mic drop (or a club drop in this case) and then points at the reporters as if to say “yeah, you like that”, and then walks off.
The motorcade returned to the Obamas’ rental home in Kailua around 6:35 p.m. The Obamas will be spending the rest of the evening in the home.
The scene for the shot was picturesque, with Mr Obama taking to the 18th hole on the Oahu green as the sun set behind the island’s mountains. His partners matched Monday’s team of Greg Orme, Darrell Harrington and Bobby Titcomb, and the foursome spent more than five hours on the course.
Topping the list for Obama and his wife, Michelle, is “O Tannenbaum” by the Vince Guaraldi Trio as featured in “A Charlie Brown Christmas”.
