Obama used pseudonym in e-mails with Clinton, new Federal Bureau of Investigation documents say
According to notes released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Friday, Pagliano also told investigators during his December 22 interview that Mills, who now serves as Clinton’s attorney, dismissed concerns he raised in 2009 or 2010 about the then-secretary of state’s use of a personal email server. “They were handing out immunity deals like candy”, House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) told Associated Press on Friday.

Today It Was Reported Clinton Aide Cheryl Mills And Two Other Clinton State Department Aides Were Given Immunity Deal In FBI Investigation Into Clinton Email Server. Clinton aide Heather Samuelson, who worked with Mills to sort Clinton’s emails, also received a similar immunity deal. That’s because a “substantial number” of the recovered documents are duplicates or near-duplicates, a Justice Department attorney representing the State Department said in court. What’s more, Clinton and her staff have repeatedly said the former secretary of state used just one personal address. If her email was not on an approved list, which was managed by the President’s staff, the White House server would reject it.
Democrats on the Oversight Committee said Friday the immunity agreements were limited in scope and did not cover statements made to investigators or to potential testimony before Congress.
Mills had been among Clinton’s closest confidants and voluntarily appeared previous year for a lengthy interview as part of the House GOP’s investigation into the 2012 Benghazi attacks that left four Americans dead.
The document dump is the second one of its kind by the FBI, from their investigation into Clinton’s private email server while she was Secretary of State.
There is no evidence Obama knew that Clinton was using a private email server at the time.
“Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be [a] pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?'” the report details.
Not only was Obama lying about not knowing of Clinton’s server, he supposedly actively partook in being connected to it.
In July, FBI Director James Comey said that its investigation found that Clinton was “extremely careless” with her private email use but that he was not recommending criminal charges.
Hillary Clinton created a previously undisclosed email account to communicate when her private server system was down, documents made public by the FBI Friday show. The American people need to pressure State to stop sitting on these new Clinton emails for political reasons and release them as the law requires.
Since then, congressional Republicans have called Comey to testify and have demanded the FBI send its investigation materials for review.
