Obama used pseudonym to e-mail Hillary on secret server An error occurred

The State Department has said that Clinton did not include any of her emails with Petraeus when her lawyers screened and returned what they said were all her work emails in 2014.

Friday evening, the FBI released 189 additional pages of documents from its investigation, including notes of agents’ interviews with Mills and Jake Sullivan, a top foreign policy adviser to Clinton. “At all points my clients cooperated with the government’s investigation, including voluntarily participating in interviews with the FBI and DOJ”.

An unnamed State Department staffer, who worked on the screening of the emails during the probe, told investigators that Clinton had correspondences stacking up to over 1,000 emails with David Petraeus, the director of the United States Central Command at the time.

Like most Obama statements, this one came with an expiration date.

Among the newly disclosed details, according to the FBI: The name of the sender on an e-mail to Clinton in 2012 was “believed to be a pseudonym” for President Barack Obama.

The email scandal has undermined Clinton’s presidential candidacy raising concerns over her ability to run the country.

The document dump is the second one of its kind by the FBI, from their investigation into Clinton’s private email server while she was Secretary of State.

The episode had not been disclosed until the Federal Bureau of Investigation released on Friday night almost 200 pages of additional records from its year-long investigation into the handling of classified government documents by Clinton and her staff via an unauthorized email server in the basement of her NY home.

The reveal contradicts public statements by Obama in 2015, when he said he learned of Clinton’s private email server like “everybody else” through media reports. The official said she did not believe that the attorneys assigned to prepare the congressional response had the “appropriate training”.

If Obama weren’t in the last four months of his term his lying to protect Clinton about her email server would be an impeachable offense, no doubt. Now, we know that the Obama White House knew full well about the server’s existence due to the change in her primary email. According to the FBI’s report, the unnamed employee later told investigators that his comment was “a joke”.

The latest revelations in the Clinton email scandal are certain to play a central role in Trump’s line of attack Monday, when the two meet for their first presidential debate in NY.

“The facts are that Ms. Mills cooperated fully with the Justice Department and Congress, the Federal Bureau of Investigation concluded that there was no basis for any criminal prosecution”, said Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, the ranking Democrat on the oversight committee.
