Former Miss USA contestant Samantha Edwards was found dead on Tuesday morning.

“To Samantha Edwards.I love you so much”. “Cause and manner of death are pending further investigation by Minneapolis Police and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office”. “Which is so insane to me as I feel like I know them from all the stories and conversations we shared”. She expressed sadness that Edwards would not be there for her on her wedding day. She was always a real person.

She ‘was one of the most vibrant, crazy, compassionate, loyal balls of energy you could ever come across in life, ‘ Dereschuk said.
On Facebook, AVIV 613 Vodka wrote that, “We are saddened by the sudden loss of Samantha Edwards, our friend who worked as an instrumental part of our team. We will miss you, Samie!”
The New York Daily News has this from the Miss USA organization: Edwards was “one of the most vibrant, energetic and full-loving titleholders we have had the honor to meet from our state pageants”.

The Miss USA pageant posted on Facebook about the death of Samantha Edwards, also known as “Sami”. The freelance makeup artist studied at the University of North Dakota and attended the Aveda Institute, a beauty school, in Minneapolis, according to her Facebook page.
