With an 85% rating on Metacritic, Oceanhorn was unanimously compared to The Legend of Zelda series by critics – the gameplay trailer has a Wind Waker semblance and the puzzle-solving gameplay resembles the top-down viewpoint of the 3DS games. The latest trailer by FDGGames that reveals Oceanhorn’s console release date comes in with a Gamecom 2016 tag promising to be on the show floor and shows in-game footage.
The game features a soundtrack from a pair of legendary composers: Final Fantasy’s Nobuo Uematsu, and Mana and SaGa’s Kenji Ito. Use all your wits and skill to unravel the mysteries of ancient kingdom Arcadia and sea monster Oceanhorn.
