Will you be buying Oculus Rift on Wednesday – what price would make you click buy? As the first of these slated to hit the market this year, the Rift’s price could help influence how other companies will sell theirs.
The prices and the release date has not been announced to the public so far, but we can hazard a guess for the price.
Oculus Rift headsets will officially cost $599, and they will begin shipping to buyers at the end of March, USA Today reports.
If you are interested in the Oculus Rift you might have seen the recent news concerning the delay of the Oculus Touch.
As well as the headset, users will get an Oculus Remote, an Xbox controller for games, and two free titles.
The device went on sale Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET after years of anticipation.

The device will come as a bundle with video game Lucky’s Tale by Playful Corporation and the upcoming dogfighting shooter game EVE: Valkyrie by CCP, according to the blog. The only confusion is with the Touch Controllers, which the founder of Oculus, Palmer Luckey stated would be available along with VR headset. We’re also yet to hear a solid release date for the headset.
