Odd-even rule: BJP MPs reach Parliament by riding horse, cycle
According to ANI, BJP MP Ram Prasad Sharma today came to Parliament on a horse in protest against Delhi Odd-Even auto rationing scheme. A tag dangling around its neck had “pollution free vehicle” written on it. Earlier, BJP MP Vijay Goel deliberately violated the traffic rule in a bid to criticise the traffic policy.

There was an issue with tethering the horse as the MP wanted to return the same way he came after the session.
There was no vehicle available and my own auto is even numbered.
Six Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses were converted to MP Specials to ferry MPs in view of odd even restrictions in the wake of the current session of Parliament beginning Monday. He had openly “expressed” his desire to flout the rule and “expose” AAP’s odd-even corruption. Paresh Rawal, along with Ashwini Copra and Rajendra Aggarwal were seen driving into the Parliament in even numbered cars on an Odd numbered day i.e. April 25.
Only Anshul Verma, BJP Lok Sabha MP from Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh took the bus.
Going hammer and tongs against the Delhi Government over the move, several other MPs have accused Kejriwal of introduced this scheme to gain “cheap popularity”. The city government has arranged for buses to ferry the MPs, but not many members are opting for these.

For the past three days, some Members of Parliament have been trying everything under the sun to oppose the Aam Aadmi Party government’s odd-even scheme that doesn’t exempt ministers and government officials.
