Odell Beckham on the double for the Giants
The Giants are still in the playoff hunt after a big win over Miami Monday night.

Beckham Jr. caught seven passes for 166 yards and two touchdowns bringing his season total to 85 receptions, 1320 yards and 12 touchdowns. Latest case in point: Giants 31, Dolphins 24 on Monday night at Sun Life Stadium.
Flowers had played with no obvious issues since then, and he told NJ Advance Media his ankle was 100 percent prior to the Giants’ Dec. 6 loss to the Jets.
“At the end of the day, we shot ourselves in the foot”, receiver Jarvis Landry said.
The Stars: Manning was simply electric in this one.
Manning went 27-of-31 for 337 yards, four touchdowns, and no interceptions for a near-perfect passer rating of 151.5.
The 300-yard game was Manning’s fifth of the season and the 38 of his career. This time he connected for a 47-yard touchdown to Stills, who beat the Giants on a double move toward the left corner. The runs that we had, when you look at what we did in the second half, we ran really good in the first half, and we still busted a couple. “These circumstances are very obvious and if you’re going to play well, you better play well now”. His message to the players was that they’ve played well enough to win before so there was no reason why they couldn’t do so again now that there is no room for error. “Yeah, you would like for production to be spread out a little bit over the rest of your receiving crew, your skill position (guys)”. Weston Richburg and Marshall Newhouse, who is typically a liability, both had solid games and Manning wasn’t sacked all night. Check. A fourth-quarter lead that was coughed away by questionable clock management, stupid play calls and mental errors?
Odell Beckham scored the last two touchdowns of the game, securing the win for the Giants.
NOTES: Coughlin said he has some concern about kicker Josh Brown, whose third-quarter miss from 49 yards marked his second in two games after hitting 19 straight from the start of the season.
“That’s history”, McCarron said on Monday.
“There is no excuse”, Campbell said. “I think that’s where it all came from”. “If coverage dictates that they go (Grimes’) way, then they’ll throw it. The made some plays”. In discussing that, he paraphrased the message his teammates said he had delivered to them. Instead of running the ball, which has seen some failure, Tom Coughlin and the Giants went with a pass to Beckham, who secured the ball to seal the game.
“Obviously this is not where we want to be”, quarterback Ryan Tannehill said, “but here we are”. This is the way the National Football League is, it’s going to be tight in the fourth quarter. “We played with tremendous heart the entire game”.
After the game, Beckham said at his locker that the Giants prepared for the Dolphins like a playoff game and must continue to do so over the next three weeks as they push for the post-season.
“They’re playing their keys”, Campbell said. Every year we come in with new hope, but we’re going to have another season where we (extend) the playoff drought.

Fortunately for them, it’s also the way they emerged from it. They still face a daunting challenge. The Giants will host the unbeaten Panthers (1:00 PM ET on FOX), while the Dolphins will get a road game against the Chargers (4:25 PM ET on CBS).
