Official Facebook app arrives on Windows 10

The company has recently released the Windows 10 OS and the Windows 10 Mobile OS, which have together changed the way we know the Microsoft-made Operating Systems to be. Facebook is the latest company to take advantage of this program by coming in with a universal Facebook app that can be used on all devices using Windows 10. The tool is not only expected to help in the case of malware infecting a system, but is also going to be a key aspect of users getting the “Vanilla” Windows 10 experience.

The Facebook app mobile app that was available till now was developed by Microsoft on behalf of Facebook.

Apple explains that Handoff works like this: “For example, you can start an email or document on your iPhone and pick up where you left off on your iPad. Our goal is to only offer the Windows 10 upgrade to devices that we are confident can continue to deliver a good customer experience”, the company said.

After Android and iOS platforms, Facebook app is now officially available for Windows 10 users as well.

In another news, Microsoft introduces a dedicated tool that can eliminate bloatware from its Windows 10 platform.

If you can’t see today’s updates just yet, you can check for new versions of your apps manually by launching the Windows Store, clicking on your profile pic and opening the “Downloads and updates” section. However, it doesn’t have the feature that allows you to integrate contact or calendar, which is a feature presented in the Microsoft version of the app.

Wiping your Windows machine and starting out fresh can be a real pain – but not if you’re running the latest version of Windows 10.

To be more specific, the deal available on Lumia 550 from Microsoft’s online store comes with the advantage of a prepaid 3-in-1 SIM kit with 40 minutes of airtime. The default Microsoft process is supposed to keep all your files and programs, which means any existing Windows errors or corruption is carried over as well. You may recall that Microsoft’s previous Wallet app for Windows Phone 8 only launched in France, on only via the wireless carrier Orange, and then quietly disappeared.
