South Korean tech major Samsung will likely unveil its next-generation Galaxy S flagship phones, aka Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge on February 21, ahead of the Mobile World Congress trade event.

In yet another happening another tipster Eldar Murtazin states that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will come with a large battery on the inside, which would supposedly deliver upto 17 hours of video playback time.
It’s also rumored that the handset will have a 12-megapixel rear camera while the front will have 5 megapixels.
By all accounts, the Samsung Galaxy S7 battery will be in the range of 4000 mAH to give such power.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the company is all set to introduce a “pressure sensitive” screen with the Samsung Galaxy S7, which will basically be Samsung’s response to Apple’s 3D Touch technology. Now, you can either check the gallery or video clip down below in order to see what we’re talking about here.
The Galaxy S7 is expected to feature a 3,000mAh battery with an USB Type-C port, while the Edge variant will feature a slightly bigger 3,600mAh battery.
Apparently all the reports and rumors about the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are somewhat accurate, and Samsung will only be releasing two phones. On the other hand, this is more indicative of the fact that the smartphone niche is becoming increasingly competitive, and both Samsung and LG will face challenges in significantly increasing market share.

However, based on the rumoured document released by Mobipicker from a tipster named XTECH LEAKS, it seems that the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ will be among the first ones to receive the newest firmware in February. Many were disappointed when Samsung discarded the microSD card slot previous year. It’s definitely similar to the Galaxy S6, but considering the praise that the GS6 got for its design, it makes sense for Samsung to refine that look for the GS7 rather than go for an all-new design.
