Considering the 33-year-old had failed to win since clinching the CIMB Classic for the second straight year back in November of 2014, Moore showed no signs of nerves.

Moore finished at 22-under 262 at TPC Deere Run, making only one bogey in 72 holes.
“It is really dark, and the last few greens are getting really soft and bumpy, too, so it was hard to read”, Hoffman said.
“These are some of the purest greens we putt on”, said Moore, who is seeking his first PGA Tour win of the season.
Another big mover in the field is South Korean Kim Meen-whee, who shot a seven-under-par 64 in the third round after a 67 to leap 18 spots up the leaderboard.
The tournament was delayed for 3 1/2 hours by a storm that dropped just over an inch of rain. Because of the wet conditions, the players were allowed use preferred lies in the fairways in the second round.
Bryan has made a fast rise since focusing on tournament golf previous year after working as a trick-shot artist with brother George.
“I played really well today”.
“When I had a five-shot lead I knew that wasn’t safe on this golf course, ” said Moore.
Johnson had five birdies in a seven-hole stretch in the bogey-free round that he started on the 10th tee.
Bryan goes into Saturday’s third round ahead of Steve Marino (65), who went six-under after also starting on the back nine. Kyle Stanley was 9 under after rounds of 67 and 66.
Johnson opened with a 65 on Thursday. The 2012 tournament victor capped the run on the par-5 second and also birdied the par-4 sixth.
UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio – The final round of the U.S. Senior Open was postponed because of heavy rain, giving Miguel Angel Jimenez another night to sleep on the third-round lead. The Tennessee Tech alum began the third round on 6-under (T23) after opening in 69-67.
Three weeks ago at Carnoustie in the Senior British Open, the 52-year-old Jimenez took a four-stroke lead into the last day, only to shoot 75 and tie for third – three strokes behind victor Paul Broadhurst. He’s making his first senior start.
Jordan Spieth, last year’s John Deere Classic champion, did not defend his title, deeming it inappropriate after he pulled out of the Olympics due to “health issues”. My only bogey was a three-putt.

Moore wasn’t fazed by birdie binges from Morgan Hoffmann and Martin during a long Saturday, one in which many of the players – Moore included – had to play almost two rounds after numerous rain delays wreaked havoc with the tournament schedule.
