OH officials will not press domestic violence charges against Ezekiel Elliott
Dallas Cowboys’ Ezekiel Elliott will not face charges for alleged domestic violence incidents involving a former girlfriend in July. The Columbus city Attorneys office said there was ” conflicting and inconsistent information to proceed” Elliott was very cooperative in the investigation offering up Photographs to back up his Story.

A league representative told USA TODAY Sports’ Tom Pelissero on Tuesday morning that Elliott’s case was still under review. Prosecutors have chose to not charge him, and Elliott said he has learned that wearing a star on his helmet has also made him a bull’s eye for attention. But witnesses – including two other people sitting in the vehicle – claimed no assault had taken place, dallascowboys.com reported. In July, Elliott’s ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson accused him of attacking her in a auto, but police didn’t make an arrest. Now I would not release the victims name but Tiffany Thompson posted the photos of her injuries on Instagram.
He moved with his son to Columbus when Ezekiel Elliott started playing at Ohio State, just to help him handle all the responsibilities that come with playing big-time college football. But reports indicate he could still be investigated by the NFL.

Elliott’s father reacted to the news on Twitter. Court documents also claim that the bruises the woman alleged came from his assault, while the running back said it was from a fight with someone else. Witnesses, however, debunked these reports – all of them, including a passenger who was with Elliott and Thompson when the incident supposedly took place, claimed not to see any assault taking place.
