Ohio gas prices continue to increase heading toward holiday
However, gas prices in IL remain 48.2 cents lower than they were one year ago. The Massachusetts price is three cents below the national average for regular unleaded. It was $2.18 a month ago.

“Carolinians are eagerly awaiting the start of summer and are ready to travel thanks to the lowest Memorial Day gas prices in a decade”, said Dave Parsons, AAA Carolinas President and CEO, “We urge drivers to stay safe on the roadways this weekend and to always do not forget to disconnect and drive”.
Las Vegas- $2.43/g, up 1.1 cents per gallon from last week’s $2.42/g.
The Memorial Day holiday travel period is defined as Thursday, May 26 to Monday, May 30.
The average per-gallon price in Miami-Dade was $2.34, up 6 cents, while motorists in Palm Beach County were paying $2.37, up about 6 cents. That is the second-highest Memorial Day travel volume on record and the most since 2005.

Gregg Laskoski, senior petroleum analyst for Gas Buddy, said, “With crude oil prices rallying over the past six weeks, reaching the highest point that we’ve seen since November ($48.50 a barrel) before Friday’s close, we should expect wholesale and retail gasoline prices to rise further”. AAA says the average price of a gallon of gas is, on average, 37 cents lower in North Carolina than it was Memorial Day weekend 2015. And in California the state average is $1 less than previous year.
