Ohio Gov. John Kasich names campaign manager for NH

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush were the only other candidates in double digits, with 13 percent and 10 percent, respectively.

The super PAC plans to report these numbers when it files its 2015 semi-annual report with the IRS.

Of those donations, 34 were of $100,000 or more.

The Super PAC received $1 million in contributions from Thomas Rastin of the Ariel Corp.in Mount Vernon, Ohio; the Schottenstein Management Co.in Columbus; Ohio; the Wendt Family Trust in San Francisco; and Abigail Wexner, wife of L Brands Inc. founder Les Wexner of New Albany, Ohio.

The Ohio governor announced Monday that Simon Thomson would serve as manager in the leadoff primary state, with a focus on building grassroots support. Dicke donated $250,000. Marco Rubio (Fla.), former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie have all reportedly raised more than 10 million.
