The 26-year-old bicyclist was in stable condition after being hospitalized for a head injury, according to the Dispatch.

University Police, the Columbus Division of Police and the Columbus Division of Fire arrived at the scene of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation. Schiano was traveling east and turning north onto Fred Taylor Drive when he struck the westbound bicyclist, police said.

An Ohio State spokesman acknowledged the accident and Schiano’s involvement. “Our concern lies with supporting him in every way we can”. He also posted two nine-win seasons and a pair of eight-win campaigns as he elevated the Scarlet Knights to national prominence in his 11 seasons as head coach.

Greg Schiano, world-historic asshole coach, is working for Ohio State in his first coaching job since getting shitcanned by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers three years ago.

He did not coach last season.

A native of New Jersey, Schiano has a great relationship with Buckeyes’ head coach Urban Meyer. He oversees the defense with co-defensive coordinator Luke Fickell.
