For the first time since 2012, neither Arizona State University nor University of Arizona made Playboy’s annual list of Top 10 Party Schools. The complete rankings of the top party schools of 2015 is available online here. “Athens is home to one of the country’s largest Halloween block parties-a drunken fete so epic it attracts such sponsors as the infamous caffeinated alcohol Four Loko”.

Even though UW-Madison fell off the barstool to No. 8, the magazine had great things to say about the party atmosphere in the state capital.

On top of that, nearby Court Street boasts 18 bars within a half-mile stretch, and students named a geographical feature “Bong Hill”.

Playboy’s annual rating of the highest get together faculties positioned Ohio College, the College of Iowa, and Florida State College on the prime of the heap for 2015.

Beyond them are the University of Texas, Syracuse University, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Mississippi and the University of Michigan.

Then there’s Syracuse. After Princeton Review ranked it on top, some feared that the resulting backlash from the school administration would detract from the party ambiance.

“This year’s list was determined by the magazine’s editors who considered a variety of factors in their selection process, including access to nightlife and musical events, and creativity when planning social gatherings”, the magazine said in a statement.
