Ohio Village Assesses Damage From Flooding That Killed 3
A young girl who was swept away with her family in a mobile home Saturday night was found dead Sunday morning, authorities confirmed. The body of the family’s daughter – a girl around 5 years old – was finally found around 9 a.m. Sunday, Owens said.

The mother, identified as Vicky Kenner, 32, and her 7-year-old son were killed.
He said Kennard and Marco Barrios, a construction worker, were engaged to be married.
They had three of the children together and one was Kennard ” s from a previous relationship. “They were just trying to make it like everybody else”.
Georgetown Village Administrator Art Owens said that Red Oak Creek flooded as rain fell as heavy as four inches an hour. His smaller mobile home was pushed into a neighboring house during the flood, but Mr. Downing wasn’t at home at the time.
Eyewitnesses said the mobile home split in half as it was pulled down Red Oak Creek and fractured into smaller pieces as it was swept through trees lining the creek. Modesto police spokeswoman Heather Graves said Martin Martinez, 30, of Modesto, was detained in San Jose early Sunday and booked into a Santa Clara County jail on suspicion of murder. He told the Enquirer the home will have to be torn down. “There was nothing they could do”.
The Linvilles own a rental property in the area and said one of their tenants retreated to his roof.

Georgetown fire crews responded to multiple vehicles underwater and rescued eight people from flooded roadways, according to officials.
He and other relatives and friends followed a trail of debris to pick up photos and other keepsakes on Sunday.
The flooding is blamed for damaging roads and homes.
