Olympic swimmer Simone Manuel gives glory to God
She may not have needed a lift but she got one, “Just call me Mrs. Efron already” tweeted Simone. The gold was the fourth for the 19-year-old Biles, who wasn’t as sure about whether she’d be back at the Olympics in 2020.

That’s when she received this life-size cutout of Efron that she keeps in her bedroom, “sometimes I used to kiss him on the cheek”.
RATINGS: NBC reached 24.1 million viewers on Tuesday for a telecast that featured Simone Biles and Aly Raisman taking the top two medals for the gymnastics floor exercise.
Anyway, even though her medals and wild success are probably going to be what she remembers from these Olympics, something else unbelievable happened.
Turns out Zac saw the segment and tweeted her in July wishing her good luck on the Olympic trials. You are phenomal in whole world and special.
Simone, thank you for being you.
With gymnastics officially over in Rio, the team took to Facebook Live to celebrate by answering fan questions, but also talk about having just met Efron, Biles’ biggest celebrity crush.
But here’s a thing we didn’t truly know: Simone Biles really loves Zac Efron, to the point where she’ll give a side-eye to a teammate whenever they bring him up.
She and Oleksiak shaved 0.01 seconds off the Olympic standard of 52.71, set earlier in the Rio Games meet by Australia’s Cate Campbell. Her five medals tie the most for an American female gymnast in a single Olympics and her four golds tie an Olympic record shared by four others.
Efron said that although he doesn’t usually watch much gymnastics, he tuned in to watch the ladies compete.

Simone, you leave us with hope.
