On Russia TV, Trump says it’s ‘unlikely’ Putin trying to sway election

After a summer of success at the Conventions and the Olympics, we broke more new ground Wednesday night with the first ever Commander-in-Chief Forum. The Clinton campaign said she plans to use sanctions to further isolate North Korea, and she will seek help from China.

Lauer has been raked over the coals since the forum, which one NBC executive has referred to as a “disaster”.

This Hillary Clinton is the one Donald Trump can’t beat. What he has said, his divisiveness, his willingness to engage in bigotry and bluster and bullying, his alliance with hate groups, white supremacist groups, anti-Semitic groups, ant-women comments, his Islam phobia, negativity toward immigrants, the list goes on. “Mat Lauer fails the moderator test”, the Huffington Post whines.

North Carolina could take on the role of spoiler for Mr. Trump, and both major party candidates are spending a lot of time there. “Hillary Clinton and her super PACs have spent over $130 million on negative political ads, and yet we are virtually tied (or better) in the most recent national polls and leading in numerous important swing states”, said Steven Mnuchin, Trump for President Finance chairman.

The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment. It is amusing to watch the liberal media get wrapped in this.

I think everyone recognizes that the presidential race has tightened considerably in the past two weeks.

That didn’t give the Left the ammunition they wanted to turn Clinton’s downward-spiraling campaign around. “She would actually be a disaster”, Trump said.

The media could have made that happen, it’s not like they haven’t done it before.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus told reporters at the Cleveland rally that Trump was not endorsing Putin with his praise.

The brash businessman’s performance at an NBC foreign policy forum earlier in the week was widely panned. “I mean, you can say, ‘Oh, isn’t that a bad thing-the man has very strong control over a country, ‘” Trump said Wednesday.

The Democratic presidential nominee stressed the importance – and bipartisan support behind – the seriousness of leadership on foreign policy and national security issues during this campaign.

As Clinton was leaving the stage, she was asked, “Senator Clinton, do you have a response to Donald Trump appearing on Russian-funded television?” As nominees for the 8 November presidential election, she and Trump are entitled to receive intelligence briefings. If Trump can remain composed, like he did Wednesday night, he will continue to improve his image with the American people.

Corey Lewandowski, the former Donald Trump campaign manager turned CNN political analyst, showered praise on Vladimir Putin and shrugged off concerns over his tyrannical rule over Russian Federation.
