The Chelsea center back has been linked to German Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt, but a final destination has yet to be determined for the USA worldwide.

Eintracht Frankfurt have held discussions with Chelsea over the possible loan of defender Matt Miazga. Both were also notable absentees for Chelsea’s final pre-season friendly in Germany as they beat Werder Bremen.
The 21-year-old USA worldwide defender reportedly was not in training along with Brazilian winger Kenedy, with the English Premier League side for its training session Wednesday.
Eintracht Frankfurt finished last season in 16th place in the Bundesliga, narrowly avoiding relegation after beating FC Nurnberg in a playoff series.
Once news broke of Miazga’s exclusion from today’s practice session, it was reported by Sport Bild that the former New York Red Bull academy player was expected to finalize a loan move to Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt. You can improve if you play every game or a lot of games during the season.

Miazga is still a young, raw prospect, and this is a good opportunity to get playing time. U.S. worldwide Timmy Chandler has been with the club on and off since 2008, making 12 appearances for the team last season.
