Predictable rumors scoffing that Harry Styles is “definitely” going to pursue a solo career (Harry is arguably the best known and most headline-grabbing member of One Direction, especially in America) also surfaced and fanned fan fears that the One Direction break-up was going to be for good.
In the message, Liam said: “Hi everyone, this is just a massive, massive thank you to all our fans”.
However, though Simon made a point of referencing “the five of you” a couple of times, and pictures of Zayn with his band mates flashed up on a screen alongside other images from the last five years, Zayn wasn’t there in person to be a part of the proceedings…
