Three areas falling under the control of Nowhatta and M.R.Gunj police stations in Srinagar city along with Baramulla are subjected to the curfew, a senior police official told news agency IANS.

The aggression on people demonstrating peacefully across the valley in Rafiabad, Sopore, Nadihal, Pattan, Ajas, Sadnara Bandipora, Dooru, Islamabad and different areas of Srinagar including Batamaloo, Firdousabad and Shehar-e-Khas and use of tear smoke shells, pepper guns and pellet guns on the people including women, is highly deplorable APHC spokesman said. There were no casualties in the last three days and protests had also subdued during this period.
Meanwhile, the house of a People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Rajya Sabha member was set ablaze by a mob Wednesday, according to witnesses and police personnel. The Army fired in the air to disperse the mob. “In the incident four persons were injured and one of the injured identified as Danish Manzoor succumbed to injuries”, Khan said and added that police has initiated investigation in the matter.
Curfew has been lifted from Pulwama town where prohibitory orders were in force till Monday, the officer said. He said the decision to lift curbs was taken following improvement in the situation.
Curfew was first imposed in the entire valley on July 9 in the violent aftermath of Burhan Wani, a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist, being killed in an encounter in Kashmir s Anantnag district a day earlier.
Greater movement of vehicular traffic and people was observed in major areas of the Valley, the official said.

The all-party delegation will interact with a cross section of people as part of efforts to restore peace in the unrest-hit Valley. Dozens of protesters were injured in the clash. Protests were also held at Sopore’s fruit market over accusations that security forces did not let sellers there conduct transactions early this morning. The reimposition comes after separatists extended their protest shutdown till September 8.
