Sgt. Daniel Wilson said Chelsea O’Donnell was found by South Nyack police a day earlier in Barnegat, New Jersey, at the house of a male she was “recently acquainted with”.
Rosie and her family have been using various social media sites to share their message in hopes of getting Chelsea home and safe. The teen was reported to have left home with her 6 month old therapy dog named Bear.
O’Donnell, in a statement, specifically thanked police in South Nyack, N.Y., where her family lives, and in Barneget Light, N.J., where they have a vacation home.
Police found her in a home on Village Drive.

Chelsea is one of O’Donnell’s five children. Berger, however, denied that the family had been in contact with Chelsea since they’d seen her. The teenager did not have her own phone or computer with her, he said.
