OnePlus 2: The best deal you’ll get on a smartphone
Through this partnership, Ola will make OnePlus 2 phones available for its customers in the city on Friday and Saturday to experience it firsthand. The phone has decent specs, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, at least 3GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera that can shoot 4K video, all running on a lightly modified version of Android 5.1.

The OnePlus 2 ticks all the boxes for a high-end smartphone: It’s fast, well-designed, has a good camera, features some neat software tricks, has a lovely screen and daylong battery life. You can get a lot of excellent models for a fraction of the cost of the iPhone or a Samsung Galaxy phone. Screen is the most expensive component in a smartphone and good screens, the kind of superAMOLED panels that go into the Galaxy phones, or the extremely vibrant and bright ones found in the iPhones, are very expensive.
Global One units shipped with Cyanogen OS on board, but since OnePlus and Cyanogen, Inc. aren’t getting along anymore the Chinese startup has outed a version of its own OS, Oxygen, for the One. Check out this Galaxy Note 5 vs LG G4 vs OnePlus 2 speed testing and see if the results surprise you.
The OnePlus is also the first major Android phone to come with a new type of charging port called USB-C.
According to Engadget, the OnePlus 2 is a worthy successor of the OnePlus One. The premium metallic frame of the phone provides it with a heavy look. So if you’re not connected or willing to pay for the privilege, you’ll have to wait. In this segment, OnePlus 2 again failed to deliver. The OnePlus 2 is made of mostly metal and glass, but it’s basically just a plain black slab.

That leads us into the software, which is pretty stellar, both for its restraint and for what it adds. Not one. Far better than you can say for TouchWiz or Sense. However, OnePlus was not able to capitalize from the hype when the device hit the market.
