OnePlus 3 gets the leaked press render treatment
And yes, the design in this picture is similar to the OnePlus 3 prototypes shown in recent leaks.

Of course, nowadays the smartphone seem to have pretty much the same design line no matter who makes them, but it’s pretty hard not to notice the obvious resemblance.
As freshly provided by noted gadget news leaker Evan Blass, the upcoming OnePlus 3 seems directly inspired by the recently unpacked HTC 10 and soon-to-come iPhone 7. The fingerprint sensor is baked into the physical home button.
It’s been nearly a year since the OnePlus 2 debuted, and it looks like we’re about to see its successor next month. It will captivate users just as the company’s first phone, the OnePlus One did when it was launched in July 2013, he had said. The new OnePlus 3 will also feature a smaller 3000 Mah battery as compared to the 3300 MAh battery found on the previous model. In the images, the body itself is showcased, as well as the USB Type-C port beside the 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom of the device. Like One Plus 2, the upcoming flagship too will come with Corning Gorilla 3 protection with multi-touch support. It is very likely that the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 820 under the hood and paired with a 4GB or even a 6GB of RAM (possibly two variant’s).

Engadget speculates that the leaked render is a decoy because OnePlus is also sending out the same image to other Chinese media news outlets. The leak also points to the new phone reportedly being equipped with a 16 megapixel rear camera that is paired up with one up front that offers 8 megapixels.
