Well, OnePlus might be filling that niche after all, if this new GFXBench listing is any indication. The 64GB of storage (53GB left to the user, apparently) sound pretty good too.

OnePlus has found that its latest device the OnePlus 3 is so popular that it has had to stop sales of the device long enough to build stock of the smartphone back up.

Many smartphone lovers will want to buy a smaller version of the OnePlus 3, especially if it packs the same hardware specs as the original phone. It’s not so often, you see a mini variant of OnePlus flagship smartphone getting spotted in the GFXBench listing.

According to the GFXBench benchmark listing, the OnePlus 3 Mini sports a 4.6-inch sized display with 1080 x 1920 resolution, which means it will boast of a pixel density of 479 pixels per inch.

Amidst an increasing push toward larger screen now, Carl Pei’s company has shocked us with the downsized variant of the latest smartphone, allegedly – OnePlus 3 Mini. The OnePlus 3 also came with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 on its 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED display. So, unless we get more evidence about the existence of the OnePlus 3 Mini in the coming weeks, we suggest you keep your hopes low for a OnePlus 3 Mini.

Having OnePlus’ statement in mind, we really did not expect to see another OnePlus-branded handset benchmarked anytime soon, but one such phone just surfaced. If this rumor ends up being valid, this smartphone will sport a 16MP rear and 8MP front camera on board. The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC, and the Adreno 530 GPU will be in charge of graphics processing. However, customers should take rumors of the OnePlus 3 mini with a pinch of salt.
