OnePlus has described the devices as its “2016 flagship killer”, and says it has designed to challenge next year’s range-leading Android mobiles. The OnePlus 2 will feature a 5.5 inch HD display that is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. The 16 GB variant is priced at $329, while the 64 GB model will be available for $389. From August 11 onwards, the smartphone will be sold in the United States, India, Canada, European Union, and China. Though some of the specs may look the same, Chinese certified database photos were leaked last week, revealing details like a home fingerprint scanner button, the front camera is relocated, and there will be an autofocus feature. It will come with 4 StyleSwap covers- Bamboo, Black Apricot, Rosewood, and Kevlar.

Unique to OnePlus’ phones is OxygenOS, a fork of Android designed to be light, fast, and offer some cool features, such as being able to double-tap the screen to wake the device.
