Defensive end Torrodney Prevot has been suspended indefinitely by No. 24 OR for violating the university’s and athletic department’s code of conduct.

OR senior defensive end Torrodney Prevot’s absence from UO’s season-opening two-deep depth chart comes amid an investigation by local police.

The Daily Emerald reported that the complaint claims Prevot physically assaulted a female Oregon Athlete twice earlier this year. In addition to police, incidents of alleged dating violence are also investigated by the university’s Title IX office. “At the conclusion of the University process, his status as a student-athlete will be evaluated further”.

A Eugene police spokeswoman said the case has been referred to University of OR police, and EPD has not officially closed its report.

A 6-foot-3, 215-pound senior out of Houston, he started five games last season and ranked eighth on the team with 48 tackles.
