Understanding the stakes in this election, he not only stood by his endorsement of Clinton, but pushed the message hard.

Angela Wilson, of Owasso, who has been active in Oklahoma politics, said, “I’m behind (Clinton) 100 percent”.
But if Sanders’ supporters believe, as he believes, that a Trump presidency represents a true threat to our nation’s rule of law, civil liberties and security, they will do just that. Sanders’ supporters almost drowned out her remarks with screams of “Shame!” and “You’re ruining our democracy!”
“There are going to be people with intense passions with a variety of points of view”, Mr. Earnest said, adding that the president believes Ms. Wasserman Schultz has done “an excellent job”.
Wasserman Schultz was scheduled to gavel in the convention later Monday but hours after the breakfast event, she told the South Florida Sun Sentinel she won’t open the gathering in Philadelphia.
Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean says he’s “shocked and incredibly disappointed” over the leak of internal DNC emails that were made public by hackers, according to Politico.
“I’m really annoyed”, said MI delegate Bruce Fealk.
“So I can see there’s a little bit of interest in my being here, and I appreciate that interest”, Wasserman Schultz said amid the cacophony, which began as soon as the Florida Democrat started speaking.
Earlier, at a raucuous meeting with his delegates, Sanders implored them to get behind Clinton and her running mate, Virginia Sen. Another seems to depict an attorney advising the committee on how to defend Hillary Clinton against an accusation by the Sanders campaign of not living up to a joint fundraising agreement.
Also unclear was whether Sanders would release his delegates and back Clinton by acclamation or whether the Sanders’ loyalists would demand a roll call on Kaine’s nomination amid concerns that he is too centrist.
“We live in odd times and the only thing we can be sure of is that the unpredictable will happen”, Ceasar said.

Those who responded ranged from voters who had, grudgingly and with a heavy sense of grief, swung their support behind Clinton to defeat Donald Trump, to others who said they would simply vote for Trump. But his appeals elicited a mix of boos and cheers, as delegates shouted, “We want Bernie!”
