‘Outlander’: 7 Burning Questions for Season 3
In her Facebook account, the writer announced that the upcoming book will be called “Go Tell The Bees That I am Gone”.

Really, questions of timeline are largely assuaged by the confidence with which “Outlander” rearranged their adaptation of Gabaldon’s “Dragonfly in Amber” for Season 2, regardless of how well those rearrangements did or didn’t work.
EXCLUSIVE: “Outlander” Boss Spills on “Tricky” Season 2 Finale and Brianna’s Debut! . Get the details on their introduction and more on what happened in the finale!
“It’s just such a lovely moment and just a awful moment”, Davis said of the couple’s stone sendoff. Their most well-laid plans and sexiest glances serving only to, it seems, assert that nothing they do will fix the present, or ensure wrongs righted.
At this point that’s all I can think about and then I’m hit with another surprise. As a book, Voyager is a more straightforward adventure tale than the jumpy Dragonfly in Amber, and its side characters and tangents are more conducive to a coherent plot. After the suggestion that Claire could help “take the pain away” for Prince Charles, Jamie’s uncle went into a fit of rage, and in the middle of a violent fight between the two men, Claire helped to ensure that he died by Jamie’s knife. “[Co-executive producer/writer] Matt [Roberts] and [executive producer/writer] Toni [Graphia] had this idea of doing this parallel structure where we’ll see what’s happening in the lead-up to the Battle of Culloden, as well as see Claire back in the 1960s and lead up to what she’s doing now”. “It’s a more gradual process with his story, so we have time to figure out the makeup and all of that.” he said. Showrunner Ron Moore himself revealed this.
Jamie and Claire’s goodbye was exquisitely painful. Gillian is clearly planning to go through the stones tonight, but warning her off comes with a complication: Roger, you see, is a descendent of Geillis and Dougal. Other surprisingly big names involved include the likes of Eric Stoltz, Sarah Paulson, Kathleen Quinlan, and Carla Gallo, and the whole thing was created by In Treatment veterans Rodrigo Garcia and Karen Graci. Claire finally tells Brianna about her journey and about Jamie. Graham McTavish is so good in this scene, brimming with rage and sorrow as his love turned to hurt and hate.
The third novel in Gabaldon’s Outlander series tracks Claire as she returns to the 18th century to find Jamie after learning he survived the Battle of Culloden. I just love him. Now Brianna is an adult, and quickly is growing out Outlander’s core two characters (Jamie and Claire) to a core four.
TG: I think it’s safe to say the fans will be very happy. Season 2 is absolutely one of the year’s best run of episodes thanks to a more focused narrative, but also because of how it so successfully married together its plotting and affecting drama. “It’s just so moving”. “And our writer and producer Matt Roberts was like, ‘Because Claire would keep disappearing and then reappearing!’ We thought that was kind of amusing”.
Outlander Season 2 Finale Spoilers: Will Claire tell Brianna everything? “There was certainly a discussion of where we could see those intimate moments and we did try to figure out spaces for them”, she admitted. This season turned out much better than the previous season owing to the fact that the storyline is perfectly built brushing aside a few sloppy moments.
“I understand why the fans are upset”, Davis added.

“I can’t wait to get out to sea”. They will eventually be romantically involved, a relationship many readers have come to love.
