A dog who ate some part of umbrella because of starvation. And shockingly the owner of that dog refused to pay for the surgery.

It was reported that the dog’s owner, Richard Pugsly, took the dog to vets immediately after the incident happened but when the doctors asked her to pay around $1,500 as the fees of surgery, she refused and took her dog back to home.
The vets then called police and reported about the case.
She was then arrested on charge of causing unnecessary suffering to the dog and failing to get vet treatment.
