Ozil: I don’t need Arsenal goals for my ego
Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil insists if the Gunners win the Premier League this season, he won’t be the only reason behind their success.

Ozil has scored one goal and has made 11 assists in 12 Premier League games this term.
Ozil, who signed for Arsene Wenger’s side in a £42.5million deal from Real Madrid in 2013, says he is now loving his football at the Emirates Stadium and hopes to win more trophies with Arsenal.
“The team came out at high tempo; there was a goal at the way they played”. I don’t need goals for my ego.
The north London club revealed commercial revenue topped £100 million for the first time in their latest set of financial figures but that hasn’t stopped them enlisting the services of the creative genius to help try and sell a festive jumper adorned with the club’s badge. And Ozil is confident that Arsenal can end their 11-year wait for Premier League triumph. We definitely want to improve that.
Chile worldwide Alexis Sanchez secured the victory with two goals in the 33rd and 69th minute, but Ozil was named man-of-the-match after he continued his impressive run of form in their 3-0 win against Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday night.
“He is someone that you love watching playing all the time”, said Ferdinand while working as a pundit on BT Sport.

Gerrard said: “This Arsenal team is littered with world class players and good players but they just seem to always fall that tiny bit short”, the former Liverpool captains said.
