Sharon Osbourne is reportedly planning to divorce Ozzy Osbourne over an alleged affair with hair dresser, Michelle Pugh.
Over the weekend, a spokesperson for both Ozzy and Sharon confirmed to Rolling Stone that Ozzy is “not in the marital home”, but other details surrounding the split are still unclear.
Ozzy, 67, has fought a public battle with drug and alcohol addiction throughout their 33-year marriage. “However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober”. Her co-host Julie Chen addressed her absence at the beginning of the talk show.
People magazine reports Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, married for more than 33 years, are splitting up. “It hurts people that love you and we’re dealing with it. We’ve dealt with worse and we will deal with it and this too shall pass”.
As previously reported by Us, the couple are no longer living together, although a source noted to E! that their split “has nothing to do with Ozzy’s sobriety”.
A source told the newspaper that Sharon, 63, went “ballistic” when she accused her husband of having the affair. Sharon Osbourne claims that she even has enough evidence proving Ozzy’s infidelity. “I never knew he was using prescription drugs”.
The famous rock couple met in 70’s when Sharon’s dad, Don Arden, was managing Black Sabbath.
The longtime wild man was tamed by Sharon, as documented in the hit MTV reality show The Osbournes, which aired from 2002 to 2005.
