“I think for us and anybody else in the area, it’s a fantastic opportunity for this entire area to really grow, kind of as a small district or subset of the Green Bay community”. The public area will have a number of highlights, including a skating rink and large Super Bowl ring.

The football club has assembled around 30 acres west of the stadium, along the south side of Lombardi Ave. between Ridge Road and Marlee Lane, in Ashwaubenon, where it plans to create the mixed-use development, to be called Titletown District.
“A tremendous amount of research and planning has gone into the development of the Titletown District and the Packers are appreciative of the excellent work our partners have provided”, said Murphy. Now it will have a neighborhood surrounding the field living up to those standards.
The Green Bay Packers unveiled plans Thursday for a four-star hotel, brewery and restaurant, sports medicine facility and a 10-acre public plaza on team property west of Lambeau Field dubbed the Titletown District. The facility will include a laboratory, X-ray and MRI services as well as sports nutrition and sports psychology services.
“The bright lights come on and some people, they change as players, so you like to see that and see how they react to a certain environment”, Cobb said. “That being said, the most prominent aspect of our relationship with the Packers has been our shared desire to elevate the health and wellness of the community”.
“Through our alignment with the Packers, we are creating a destination for those in need of excellence in sports medicine”.
The ban was approved unanimously by the City Council on Tuesday, making Green Bay the first city in the state to enact such an ordinance.

The club wants the Titletown project to create new forms of revenue, while also improving the Lambeau Field experience.
