While there are some incredible names being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday, August 6, there may not be one who’s been as talked about, or had as wonderful of a career as quarterback Brett Favre. Off-season workouts – both on an organized team basis (OTAs) and as individuals – have players reporting to camp in far better shape than ever before. Collins suffered a frightening neck injury on Sept.18, 2011 against the Carolina Panthers and had not played a game since.

As it turns out, the Packers will not be the only team featured in Favre’s Hall of Fame locker. “We’ve got five preseason games”.

Rodgers didn’t know yet coach Mike McCarthy’s plan for playing time for preseason games, including Sunday.

Most recently, we took a look at number 44, Bobby Dillon. Whiskey Ranch is 7 miles from the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

“It’ll be great”, Rodgers said. While the Packers are staying in Cleveland in advance of the game, Rodgers and a contingent of Packers’ coaches and front-office executives will be in attendance for Saturday night’s ceremony, which also includes the induction of former Packers assistant coach Kevin Greene (who will be presented by defensive coordinator Dom Capers).

“My workload, it’s hard to say workload with the amount of plays I’ve played the last few years in preseason”, Rodgers said. Though the starters likely won’t play more than a series, an extra preseason game this early into training camp serves one objective: Money from a nationally televised football game. McCarthy said Monday that guard T.J. I was actually pretty nervous talking to these guys.
