On Friday, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif vowed that his country would continue extending political moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiris.
The leadership also thanked the government and people of Pakistan for their unflinching support for the freedom struggle of Kashmiris.
The LCCI office-bearers said that India can no longer be in denial of these facts by terming the situation as its internal matter, a position that has no standing whatsoever, in view of the internationally recognised disputed status of Jammu and Kashmir.

Sharif directed all the relevant departments to highlight the Kashmir issue at global fora. They said in a statement they also supported Pakistan’s call to observe a black day on July 19 against the killings.
Widespread anti-India protests and clashes erupted in dozens of places in divided Kashmir, as authorities prevented tens of thousands of people from offering Friday prayers in big mosques with a lockdown in place for a seventh straight day.
On Wednesday, Pakistani militants accused India of “genocide” in Kashmir.
India has slammed Pakistan for glorifying terrorists and also for declaring Wani a martyr.
They demanded of the Indian government and the puppet administration of the occupied territory to stop killing protesters and direct the forces’ personnel to express restraint. “Pakistan won’t aggravate or play up, but we also have a certain obligation because there is a dispute between India and Pakistan, we have an obligation to bring it to the attention of the global community, the United Nations, etc”.
He went on to call the 22-year-old Hizbul Mujahideen leader Burhan Wani as “martyr” of the independence movement.
Members of the cabinet also chose to call a joint session of parliament to discuss the Kashmir issue, but a date for the session was not agreed upon, Bizenjo said.
India has reiterated that it is dismayed by Pakistan’s continued attempts to interfere in India’s internal matters, over which it does not have any locus standi.
Meanwhile, the Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari condemned Pakistan’s blatant attempt to internationalize the very sensitive situation in Jammu & Kashmir in which it has been an agent provocateur for over two and half decades.

“The self-serving actions by Pakistan in the last few days to derive political mileage out of the recent developments in Jammu and Kashmir follow planned infiltration and terrorism aimed at India from across the Line of Control and the worldwide boundary”.
