James Taylor has heaped praise on his fellow batsmen for displaying an “exceptional” ability while countering Pakistan spinners in the ongoing four-match ODI series against the hosts in the United Arab Emirates.

England recorded a thumping 95-run win in Abu Dhabi in the second ODI after losing the opening fixture at the same venue.

“(Mohammad) Hafeez is not allowed to bowl”, Azhar said of the spinning allrounder, who has banned from bowling for 12 months over an illegal action. While batting first, England scored 284 for 5 in 50 overs. Both those matches were played at Abu Dhabi.
