Pakistan ignores India’s condition, invites Jaishankar to discuss Kashmir

When asked about any conditions India had put before them for starting dialogue, the spokesman said Pakistan proposed that Kashmir should be the focus of the talks. “The human rights violations in India-held Kashmir are not internal matter of the Indian state”.

He admitted that mere issuing statements over the very serious situation in IOK was not sufficient by the world bodies and reiterated a political situation to the worsening issue.

Prime Minister Modi last week in an all-party meeting on Kashmir said, “Time has come that Pakistan shall have to answer to the world for the atrocities committed by it against the people in Balochistan and PoK”.
