Pakistani and Indian prime ministers to meet in Russian city

According to Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Cheng Guoping, the BRICS leaders will draft a blueprint for economic and trade cooperation of the bloc by passing a “BRICS Economic Partnership Strategy”.
