Pakistani PM heads to United Nations on “most important” foreign visit: PM office

Recalling his constructive meetings with the US President Barack Obama during the last three years, Nawaz Sharif he emphasized that strong relations between Pakistan and the United States remained a mutual desire and this partnership was critical to ensure regional peace and stability.

Noting that much of this displacement has neither been voluntary nor orderly, he said the people had been fleeing from desperate conditions of conflict, war or poverty.
