Palestinian kills 2 Israelis; 2 Palestinians die in clashes
The initiative will include promoting a 2002 Arab initiative that offered a comprehensive peace with Israel in exchange for a full pullout from lands captured in the 1967 Mideast war, working to improve the Palestinian economy and trying to end a split that has left the Palestinians torn between rival governments in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Twelve Israelis and dozens of Palestinians have been killed in recent unrest.
The men are joined by what appear to be two women, one wearing a niqab, a garment covering the face and body, and the other appears to be pregnant, and has her hand on her lower back as she walks with the men. The crime even became uglier when they surprised a companion of the patient and shot him with five bullets and executed him in the hospital.
The other Israelis went up to the surgery department on the third floor and detained medical staff.
Regarding the hospital raid, Palestinian Health Minister Jawad Awad accused Israeli security forces of “executing” Abdallah al-Shalalda, who he said was escorting a relative inside the facility.
More than 100 Palestinians, including 49 children, were wounded. It claimed the man had tried to attack the troops, but gave no further details and would not say whether undercover troops had participated.
They were shot in their auto near the settlement of Otniel, in the deadliest such attack for over a month.
Two Israeli men were killed and a 16-year-old was moderately injured. These deaths brought to 13 the number of Israelis killed since the start of October.
The director of Hebron’s al-Ahly hospital, Jehad Shawar, condemned the Israelis for breaching all global laws by invading the safe space.
The Israeli military released a statement saying that Abdullah Shalaldah had attacked Israeli forces, but did not specify whether he was armed. He was shot in the heart by Israeli forces during a protest during the morning.
“They are firing live bullets and gas at us, including the journalists”.
CCTV footage posted on Twitter showed the Mustaarabin commandos entering the hospital moments before the shooting.
As a few soldiers guarded the four nurses on duty, others headed straight for the room in which the wanted man, Azzam Al Shalaldeh, 20, was being treated. Many also think Israel’s continued occupation of Palestinian territories is detrimental to its standing in the world.
MSF called the raid a serious violation of “the principles of neutrality and respect of the medical mission”. “The killing of Abdullah Shalaldah is the latest in a pattern of killings by Israeli forces which Amnesty worldwide considers to have been unlawful”, Amnesty reported.
Mr Shalaldeh is alleged to have stabbed and wounded an Israeli on 25 October before escaping after being shot by the victim. “There was no attempt to arrest Abdullah al-Shalalda, according to the witnesses, or to use non-lethal alternatives before shooting him dead”.
According to the Israeli military, the Palestinian attacker opened fire as the family was driving near the West Bank city of Hebron, killing the father, who was in his 40s, and his 18-years-old son.
