Palestinians give to ICC details of alleged Israeli crimes

On Friday evening, Israel also returned the remains of 22-year-old Muataz Atallah Qassem from Eizariya in East Jerusalem, who was shot dead by an IDF soldier after he stabbed and critically wounded a 20-year-old female soldier in the West Bank last week.

Sixty-three Palestinians and one Israeli Arab have also been killed.

These Palestinian postings include caricatures and video reenactments demonizing Israelis, graphics with instructions on “how to stab a Jew”, and calls for attacks on Facebook before carrying out stabbings.

“How can I tell them not to go there?” he asked of the clashes that take place at the foot of the Israeli-built wall encircling Bethlehem.

Another factor, he said, is that Israeli soldiers at the checkpoints are trigger happy, a situation likely made worse by the inciting portrayals of knife-wielding Palestinians in the Israeli media.
