Palmer leads Cardinals to 39-32 victory over NFC West rival Seahawks
Ill-timed penalties extended Arizona drives and directly put points on the board. And Golden, while he wasn’t targeted, locked up cornerback Cary Williams on a block that ultimately allowed Andre Ellington to finish his game-clinching 48-yard touchdown run.

As Ellington scampered 52 yards to paydirt in a 39-32 victory over the Seattle Seahawks, Stanton, the Cardinals’ backup quarterback, went wild in the greatest sideline celebration we’ve seen in a long time. Critically, look at Drew Stanton.
The game is a major shot at the Seahawks hopes of repeating as NFC West Champions for the third straight year as Arizona improves to 7-2 with a three game lead over the Hawks who fall to 4-5 and need to win out if they hope to contend for the playoffs this year even as a wildcard. This delivery was a 27 yard Palmer back of the end zone touchdown pass to Floyd. Arizona WR Larry Fitzgerald had 10 catches for 130 yards, his most receptions since Week 14 of 2013…. You have to take what you can get and you should be happy. They’re tied in the NFC North with the 4-5 Rams. But, he was also pressured a heck of a lot, sacked three times, intercepted once, and he was stripped twice by two different Seattle defenders. “We fought back, which is key”. K.J. Wright picked it up and tumbled into the end zone.
The Seahawks attempted to pad the 29-25 lead with a two-point conversion.
The first one came when Seattle defensive end Cliff Avril came around the left edge and stripped Palmer.
TEMPE, Ariz. – Less than 24 hours after leaving the field in Seattle in an ambulance, Arizona Cardinals left guard Mike Iupati was walking around the team’s locker room back in Arizona.
– Keim wouldn’t say the Cardinals needed to win in Seattle, but echoed the sentiment of a few of his players, that it was a “confidence-builder”.
Arizona started the scoring on kicker Chandler Catanzaro’s 33-yard field goal.
After Seattle’s next drive stalled near midfield, the Cardinals went 80 yards for their final touchdown, highlighted by Ellington’s long run with 1:50 remaining. The second was a 35-yarder down the left sideline. On that play, Floyd was first ruled down at the one before replay determined the ball crossed the goal line before he went out-of-bounds.
On the Seahawks’ first offensive drive of the second half, they seemed to be on their way to a touchdown but a couple big stops by the Cardinals’ defense on 2nd and 3rd downs forced a 31 yard field goal attempt by kicker Steve Hauschka. The push ended with Will Tukuafu’s 1-yard touchdown run, the Seahawks’ first score.
As for the Seahawks, coming back from a 19-0 second-quarter deficit was impressive, but the same bugaboos that have plagued this team all year showed up at the worst possible times. Iupati stayed down on the turf after blocking Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor on a running play with 9:16 left in the quarter. Two plays later, Palmer hit Gresham for the go-ahead score. He was released from the hospital late in the game and was expected to return home with the team, . Marshawn Lynch is matching his career low with a 3.6 yards per carry average. The five games lost after a fourth-quarter lead is the National Football League high.

Just as has been the case in every one of the Seahawks’ five losses so far this season, they were seemingly in control of the game heading down the stretch.
