Yes, this is right, an American couple had sent an invitation to the cute panda, Bao Bao, to attend their marriage but unfortunately the invitation got denied.

According to the report, the couple, Sara Glickman and Ben Shlesinger, had a dream for the Washington National Zoo’s celebrity baby panda, Bao Bao, to attend their wedding.
They planned everything to invite panda very carefully, they sent an invitation to ‘Bao Bao and family’, decorated it with panda stickers (nice touch) and even added bamboo as a meal option on the RSVP.
Unfortunately, Bao Bao had declined the offer.
However, the couple enjoyed their wedding in panda theme, with a giant panda cake and panda mask for every guest.
