Panthers return home after Super Bowl 50
“I was just talking to Coach Kubiak and I was asking if you could make the plane do back flips on the way home”, Miller said after accepting the Super Bowl MVP trophy from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Cox/GettyCam Newton made waves when he stormed out of his Super Bowl press conference shortly after his Panthers lost to the Broncos.
The Panther’s quarterback left the news conference after losing to the Broncos in the Super Bowl.
“I’ve got no more tears to cry”, he said.
“There are a lot of young people out there looking at who we and we are role models for them and I think again we know who he is and he does take it hard”, Rivera said.
“The truth of the matter is I really still don’t want to talk to the media. I am my own person”.
“His situation is totally different”, Miller said of Manziel, “but I’ve had tough times in the National Football League and I can relate to what he’s going through”.
“If I offended somebody, that’s cool…but I know who I am”.
Eli answered: “I was focused on whether they were going for two. That’s where I want to be at right now”. I said, ‘Why are you guys acting like this? “I’m not here to tell him, you know, “You should be doing this” or ‘You should be doing that'”.
Newton said that if he had thrown an interception and not tried to make the tackle to avoid an injury he likely would have not heard any complaints. “We had opportunities. There wasn’t anything special that they did”.
“OK, you say my effort”.
He also summed up the team’s successful, bittersweet season.
“If anyone wants to question Newton putting his body on the line, they obviously haven’t watched… and that narrative is comical”, Olsen said.
So what: The Broncos (15-4) are champions and Manning is the first quarterback to win Super Bowls with two franchises, Indianapolis in 2007 was the other.
Newton was sacked seven times – receiver Ted Ginn, who went down once on an aborted trick play – and if Miller wasn’t torturing him, DeMarcus Ware was. I think that’s what happens.

But Miller, elected the game’s MVP, isn’t joining some of his teammates in trying to declare the 2015 Broncos defense as one of the best of all time.
